Muffler and Tailpipe - Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV): Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING .
1. Remove and discard the clamp.
2. Remove the isolator bracket studs and the muffler and tailpipe assembly.

- NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
  
  NOTE: Left-hand side shown, right-hand side is similar.
  
  Remove the isolator bracket studs.
  
  Torque
  
  : 25 Nm
- Detach the isolator and remove the bracket.
