Brake Fluid Reservoir: Removal
NOTE:
Do not spill brake fluid on painted or plastic surfaces or damage to the surface may occur. If brake fluid is spilled onto a painted or plastic surface, immediately wash the surface with water.
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove the brake master cylinder. Refer to: Brake Master Cylinder (206-06 Hydraulic Brake Actuation, Removal and Installation).
- Remove the pin and the brake fluid reservoir. Discard the pin.
Torque
: 5.5 Nm

NOTE: Install new brake fluid reservoir seals. Lubricate the seals with clean, specified brake fluid.
Remove and discard the brake fluid reservoir seals.
