Exhaust Manifold RH: Installation

- Install the new exhaust manifold studs.
  Torque: 12 Nm
- Install the new exhaust manifold gasket.

Install the exhaust manifold and the new nuts and tighten in 2 stages.
Torque: Stage 1: 19 Nm Stage 2: 25 Nm

Install the exhaust manifold heat shield and the bolts.
Torque: 12 Nm

Install the EGR inlet tube. Refer to: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Inlet Tube .
Position the RH catalytic converter and install new flange nuts.
Torque: 40 Nm

Install the LH catalytic converter flange and new nuts.
Torque: 40 Nm

Attach the exhaust hanger and install the exhaust flange bolts.
Torque: 40 Nm

Connect the RH HO2S and catalyst monitor sensor.

Connect the LH HO2S, catalyst monitor sensor and the wiring harness retainers.

Start and check the exhaust system for leaks.
