Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM): Removal

All Vehicles
- The fuel pump driver module is located on the front side of the crossmember above the fuel tank. Refer to: Fuel Charging and Controls - Component Location
- Remove the fuel tank. Refer to: Fuel Tank
Full Body
- Disconnect the fuel pump driver module electrical connector.
- Remove the bolt and the retainer, then remove the fuel pump driver module.
Chassis Cab
- Disconnect the fuel pump driver module electrical connector.
- Release the fuel pump driver module retaining tab, then remove the fuel pump driver module from the bracket.
- Only if needed, remove the fuel pump driver module bracket bolts, then remove the bracket.
