Coolant Crossover Manifold: Removal

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding  .
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to: INTAKE MANIFOLD .
  3. Disconnect the coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

  4. Remove the bolts and the coolant outlet.

  5. Remove and discard the gaskets.
