Oil Cooler: Installation

NOTE: Make sure the oil cooler-to-oil filter adapter is aligned.

Install the oil cooler and the retainer.

Torque: 58 Nm

1. Using the hose clamp installer, install the coolant hoses.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
2. Remove the hose locking pliers.

NOTE: Do not lubricate the engine oil filter gasket.

Install a new engine oil filter.

Torque: Stage 1: 5 Nm Stage 2: 180deg.

Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: INSTALLATION
Inspect and adjust the coolant level in the degas bottle.
Material: Antifreeze (WSS-M97B44-D)
Inspect and adjust the engine oil level.
Material: Engine Oil - 5W30 - Synthetic Blend (WSS-M2C946-B1)
