Exhaust Manifold RH: Installation

Vehicles with cast iron exhaust manifold

- Install new exhaust manifold studs.
Torque: 13 Nm
- Install a new gasket.
- Install new exhaust manifold studs.
- Install the exhaust manifold and new nuts.
Torque: Stage 1: 19 Nm Stage 2: 25 Nm
Vehicles with stainless steel exhaust manifold

- Install new exhaust manifold studs.
Torque: 13 Nm
- Install a new gasket.
- Install new exhaust manifold studs.
- Install the exhaust manifold and new nuts.
Torque: Stage 1: 19 Nm Stage 2: 22 Nm
All vehicles
- Install the RH turbocharger. Refer to: Turbocharger RH .
