Axle Assembly: Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Only tighten the nuts finger tight at this stage.

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.

On both sides. Install the U-bolts and nuts.

Equally tighten the U-bolts to ensure that the length x doesn't differ more than 3mm.
Torque : Stage 1: 25 Nm Stage 2: 50 Nm Stage 3: 75 Nm Stage 4: 100 Nm Stage 5: 125 Nm Stage 6: 150 Nm Stage 7: 175 Nm
