Rear Brake Flexible Hose - Vehicles With: Dual Rear Wheels Light Duty Brakes: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING
NOTE: Make sure that all openings are sealed.

Outer brake hoses:Remove the brake hose flow bolt and disconnect the brake hose from the brake caliper. Discard the washers.

Torque: 35 Nm

Remove the clip, disconnect the brake tube fitting and remove the brake hose.
Torque: 17 Nm

Inner brake hoses:
1. Detach the 3 wheel speed sensor harness retainers.
2. Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.
  Torque: 17 Nm
3. Remove the 2 brake hose bracket bolts.
  Torque: 25 Nm

  Torque: 17 Nm
3. Remove the brake hose bracket bolt and remove the brake hoses.
  Torque: 25 Nm
