Brake Caliper Anchor Plate - Vehicles With: Dual Rear Wheels Heavy Duty Brakes: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the brake pads. Refer to: Brake Pads - Vehicles With: Dual Rear Wheels/Heavy Duty Brakes .
  2. Remove the guide pin bolt cap.

  3. Remove the bolt and the brake caliper. Discard the bolt. Support the caliper using a mechanic wire and position aside the caliper assembly.

    Torque: 34 Nm

  4. NOTE: Discard the bolts.
    NOTE: Make sure that new bolts are installed.

    Remove the 2 bolts and the brake caliper anchor plate. Discard the bolts.

    Torque: 175 Nm
