Oil Pressure Control Solenoid: Removal

  1. NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

    With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

  2. Position the cover aside and disconnect the oil pressure control solenoid electrical connector.

  3. NOTE: Inspect O-ring and lubricate with clean engine oil.

    Remove the bolt and the oil pressure control solenoid.

    Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
