Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

- Drain the supercharger cooling system. Refer to: Supercharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
- Release the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
Remove the supercharger radiator lower support bolts and lower the support-radiator-fan assembly.
Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
Separate the cooling fan motor and shroud from the lower support and support it.
- Remove the supercharger radiator from the lower support.
- Release the tabs and remove the front shield from the supercharger radiator.
