Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

  1. Drain the supercharger cooling system. Refer to: Supercharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
  2. Release the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

  3. NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.

    Remove the supercharger radiator lower support bolts and lower the support-radiator-fan assembly.

    Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

  4. NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.

    Separate the cooling fan motor and shroud from the lower support and support it.

  5. Remove the supercharger radiator from the lower support.

  6. Release the tabs and remove the front shield from the supercharger radiator.
