Brake Pedal Control Switch: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Position aside the weather strip.
2. Release the clips and remove the LH instrument panel end cap.

Release the retainers and remove the lower LH trim panel. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

Release the clips and position aside the transmission park release cover. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Remove the steering column opening trim panel retainers.
2. Release the clips and remove the steering column opening trim panel.

1. Remove the bezel assembly instrument panel cover upper mounting screw.
  Torque: 27 lb.in (3 Nm)
2. Pull outward the bezel assembly instrument panel cover by detaching the clips and position the cover downward.

Disconnect the adjustable pedal switch electrical connector.

Press inward on the 2 clips and remove the adjustable pedal switch.
