Exhaust Heat Exchanger: Installation

  1. Clean all exhaust connections before reassembly.
  2. NOTE: A typical service clamp shown, actual may be different.

    Install the exhaust heat exchanger and install the new service clamp..

    Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)

  3. Refer to: Muffler and Tailpipe - Full Hybrid Electric Vehicle (FHEV) .
  4. Check the exhaust system for leaks.
