Removal And Installation: Radiator: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

    Install and lubricate the new condenser fitting O-ring seals. Refer to: Specifications .

  3. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
  4. Fill and bleed the electric powertrain cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Filling and Bleeding .
  5. Check and fill the transmission fluid as necessary. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
