Electric Motor Electronics Coolant Pump: Removal

NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Drain the electric powertrain cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Filling and Bleeding .
- Remove the bolts and position the degas bottle aside.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Release the clamp and disconnect the coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- Release the clamp and disconnect the coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

NOTE: Need to find out new coolant pump comes with rubber grommet if we left grommet on the vehicle. It appears very difficult to remove the bracket and the grommet.
Release the grommets and remove the electric motor electronics coolant pump.
