Front Electric Booster Heater: Removal

Remove the front console. Refer to: FLOOR CONSOLE - VEHICLES WITH: SINGLE PASSENGER SEAT .
Disconnect the electrical connector and release the clips and position the transmission selector lever bezel aside.

Release the clips and remove the bolts, retainers and the selector lever upper cover.

Release the clips and remove the bolts and the instrument panel console.

Disconnect the wiring harness bulkhead connector from the bracket and position the harness aside.

Remove the bolts and the gear shifting housing support bracket.
Torque

: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

1. Remove the selector lever nuts.
  Torque
  
  : 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
2. Disconnect the selector lever electrical connector and remove the selector lever bolts.
  Torque
  
  : 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
3. Disconnect the selector lever cable end from the selector lever pin, unclip the selector lever cable from the bracket and remove the selector lever assembly.
  Torque
  
  : 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Remove the retainers and slide the plenum chamber assembly rearward.

Disconnect the wiring and remove the retainers and the electric booster heater.
