Climate Control Assembly: Removal
- Release the clips and position the selector lever bezel aside.
- Disconnect the electrical connector. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
- Remove the retainers, release the clips and remove the floor console upper trim panel. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
- Release the clips and remove the instrument panel center upper trim panel. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
- Remove the retainers, release the clips and remove the FCIM.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the retainers and the climate control assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
Release the retaining clips and remove the HVAC control module.
