Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure, refer to Safety Warnings in General Information . Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.
Refer to: Engine Cooling System Health and Safety Precautions .
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. Refer to: Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud .
- Detach the degas bottle hose and the upper coolant hose from the radiator.
- Remove the A/C condenser retaining bolt and detach the lower radiator coolant hose from the radiator.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

NOTE: Make sure that no strain is placed on the refrigerant lines.
Loosely install the cable ties at both sides of the A/C condenser.

- Remove the transmission jack.
Remove the General Equipment: Transmission Jack
- Remove the radiator.
- Remove the transmission jack.
