Fuel Cooler: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- Release the fuel system pressure. Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release .
- Drain the secondary cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Disconnect the quick release couplings and position fuel lines aside. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling

- Release the clamps and position coolant hoses aside.
- Remove the bolts and fuel cooler assembly.
Torque: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
