Removal And Installation: Fender: Installation

NOTE:
LH side shown, RH side similar.
- Using the fender locator pins to position, install the fender.
- Install the pushpin retainers.
- Install the retainer clips and from the back side of the pickup box panel, install the nuts.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Install the fender brackets and bolts.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Install the lower fender fasteners.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
- Reposition and install the wiring harness retainers and connect the marker lights.
- Install the fender splash shield and retainers.
- Check the lighting for normal operation.
