Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Removal

NOTE: While repairing the power steering system, care should be taken to prevent the entry of foreign material or failure of the power steering components may result.
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to: Radiator Grille .
  2. NOTE: Make sure the area is clean and free of foreign material before disconnecting the power steering hoses.
    NOTE: Make sure that all openings are sealed.

    Release the clamps and disconnect the hoses. Discard the clamps.

  3. Remove the bolts and the power steering fluid cooler.

    Torque: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)
