DTC P20A5 - Reductant Purge Control Valve A Stuck Closed

DTC DESCRIPTION P20A5 - REDUCTANT PURGE CONTROL VALVE A STUCK CLOSED

Description:  The reductant dosage control module monitors the system pressure during a purge cycle to make sure the pressure is decreasing. This DTC sets when the system pressure increases during a purge cycle, indicating the reductant purge valve is stuck closed.
Possible Causes: 
  • Damaged reductant purge valve
Diagnostic Aids:  Clear the RDCM and PCM DTCs.
Carry out a drive cycle. Refer to DRIVE CYCLES .
If this DTC sets again, install a new reductant pump assembly.

Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory
