DTC P0470 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor A Circuit

DTC DESCRIPTION P0470 - EXHAUST PRESSURE SENSOR A CIRCUIT

Description:	This DTC sets when the exhaust pressure (EP) sensor is not within the PCM predicted range, based on other PCM inputs.
Possible Causes:	EP circuit open EP circuit short to ground EP circuit short to voltage SIGRTN circuit open SIGRTN circuit short to voltage Damaged EP sensor Stuck or binding variable geometry turbocharger
Diagnostic Aids:	Make sure the EP sensor reading is similar to other PCM pressure inputs. If the EP reading differs greatly from other engine pressure readings, check the EP circuitry for correct operation.
