Front Door Window Glass: Removal

Vehicles with power windows
- Remove the appropriate front door window control switch. Refer to: Passenger Door Window Control Switch - Vehicles With: Front Power Windows .
Refer to: Driver Door Window Control Switch - Vehicles With: Front Power Windows .
All vehicles
- Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to: Front Door Trim Panel .
- Remove the front door watershield.
- Disconnect the front door speaker electrical connector.
- Remove the screws and the front door speaker.
Torque
: 13 lb.in (1.5 Nm)
- Remove the front door inner belt moulding.
Vehicles with power windows
- Lower the front door window glass to the half down position.
- Connect the window control switch.
- Lower the front door window glass to the half down position.
- Remove the window control switch.
Vehicles With: Manual Sliding Windows
- Lower the front door window glass to the half down position.
- Partially install the front door window regulator handle.
- Lower the front door window glass to the half down position.
- Remove the front door window regulator handle.
All vehicles
- Remove the front door glass.
- Release the front door window glass retaining clips Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

NOTE: For the right hand side, rotate the front door window glass 45 degrees counter-clockwise.
Raise, rotate 45 degrees clockwise and remove the front door glass.
