Pinpoint Test H: The One-Touch Up Feature Is Inoperative

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

Possible Sources
- Power window motor(s) not initialized
- Window control switch
- DDM
- PDM

H1 INITIALIZE THE SUSPECT POWER WINDOW

Carry out the initialization procedure on the suspect power window. REFER to: Power Door Window Initialization .

Is the one-touch up feature operating correctly?

Yes	The system is operating normally at this time. The window lost initialization.

If the one-touch up feature is inoperative for the driver door window, INSTALL a new driver door window control switch. REFER to: Driver Door Window Control Switch - Vehicles With: Front Power Windows . TEST the system for normal operation. If the concern is still present, INSTALL a new DDM. REFER to: Driver Door Module (DDM) . If the one-touch up feature is inoperative for the RH front window, INSTALL a new RH door window control switch. REFER to: Passenger Door Window Control Switch - Vehicles With: Front Power Windows . TEST the system for normal operation. If the concern is still present, INSTALL a new PDM. REFER to: Passenger Door Module (PDM) .
