Front Door Alignment - Regular Cab SuperCrew: Adjustment

All alignments
- Open the door.
- Remove the bolts and the striker assembly.
Front door in and out, up and down alignment
- Open the door.
- Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the door.
- Adjust the door as required.
- Tighten the bolts.
Torque
: 41 lb.ft (55 Nm)
Front door fore, aft and tilt alignment
- Open the door.
- Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the door.
- Carefully close the door.
- Adjust the door as required.
- Carefully open the door.

NOTE: Calculate the correct torque wrench setting for the following torque. Refer to the Torque Wrench Adapter Formulas in the Appendix, see illustration below.
Tighten the bolts.
Torque
: 24 lb.ft (32 Nm)
All alignments
- Install the striker assembly.
Torque
: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- Inspect the body-to-front door dimensions.
