Gear Shift Module (GSM) - Vehicles With: Console Shift: Removal

Release the clips and remove the floor console lower RH trim panel.

Remove the screw, release the clips and remove the floor console lower LH trim panel.

Disconnect the LH electrical connectors.

1. Position the front seats forward.
2. Remove the floor console bolts.

Position the front seats back.

1. Remove the floor console bolts.
2. Position the floor console towards the rear of the vehicle.

Open the floor console door.

Remove the floor console top trim panel.
1. Release the clips and detach the top floor console trim panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the top floor console trim panel.

Remove the GSM stow mat.
