Exhaust Manifold LH: Installation

- Install the new exhaust manifold studs.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Install the new exhaust manifold gaskets.
- Install the new exhaust manifold studs.

- Install the exhaust manifold and the new washers and nuts finger-tight.
- Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts in sequence shown.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- Install the heat shield and the bolts.
Torque: 124 lb.in (14 Nm)

NOTE: Some replacement exhaust manifolds do not come with studs.
If necessary, install new studs.
Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
- Install the LH muffler inlet pipe to manifold nuts.
Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
- Install the RH muffler inlet pipe to manifold nuts.
Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
