Exhaust Pressure (EP) Sensor

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 31 other vehicles, including the 2018 Lincoln Navigator, 2018 Lincoln MKZ, 2018 Lincoln MKX, 2018 Lincoln MKT, and 2018 Lincoln MKC. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The EP sensor measures the exhaust pressure downstream of the EGR cooler. The EP sensor signal is used primarily for EGR cooler effectiveness.

The EP sensor is located between the EGR cooler and the EGR valve on the EGR orifice tube assembly.
