Camshaft RH: Installation

NOTE: Lubricate the camshaft and camshaft journals with clean engine oil and install the camshaft.
Position the camshaft, camshaft bearing caps in their original locations and install the bolts in the sequence shown in 2 stages.
Material: Motorcraft ® SAE 5W-30 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-5W30-QSP (WSS-M2C946-A)
Torque:
Stage 1: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
Stage 2: 45 °
- Install the RH VCT unit. Refer to: Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Unit .
