Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolant Outlet Hose: Removal

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
  2. Loosen the clamps and remove the EGR coolant outlet hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

  3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
