Regeneration may occur during normal operation. During regeneration, diagnostic procedures may display biased values. If a regeneration occurs during diagnostic procedures, allow the process to complete before continuing diagnostics.

The presence of this DTC may indicate the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. After repair, the vehicle may still display a system warning message. Drive the vehicle, while carrying out the appropriate drive cycle procedure, until the system warning message has cleared from the IPC message center. |

| PCM P208E:00 | Reductant Injection Valve Stuck Closed (Bank 1 Unit 1): No Sub Type Information | Sets when the PCM detects the injector needle is stuck. The PCM monitors reductant injector needle movement by monitoring the amount of current necessary to fire the injector solenoid. When the needle has reached its upper limit, the current ripples. If this ripple does not occur, the injector needle is determined to be stuck. The PCM sets this DTC and shuts down the SCR until the next key cycle. The presence of this DTC may indicate the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. After repair, the vehicle may still display a system warning message. Drive the vehicle, while carrying out the appropriate drive cycle procedure, until the system warning message has cleared from the IPC message center. |
| PCM P218F:00 | Reductant No Flow Detected: No Sub Type Information | Sets when the PCM detects the difference between the modeled and actual system performance exceeds a threshold and a restriction in the SCR is suspect. The PCM monitors SCR performance by monitoring the rate of reductant flow and feedback from the NOX12 sensor. These values are compared to a calculated model. The presence of this DTC may indicate the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. After repair, the vehicle may still display a system warning message. Drive the vehicle, while carrying out the appropriate drive cycle procedure, until the system warning message has cleared from the IPC message center. |
| PCM P249D:00 | Closed Loop Reductant Injection Control At Limit - Flow Too Low: No Sub Type Information | Sets when the PCM detects the correction factor reaches a negative threshold for 5 minutes. The PCM adapts a closed loop correction factor to account for long term drift of the SCR. This correction factor is monitored continuously. |
