Pinpoint Test MB: Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) Sensor

NOTE:
Regeneration may occur during normal operation. During regeneration, diagnostic procedures may display biased values. If a regeneration occurs during diagnostic procedures, allow the process to complete before continuing diagnostics.

DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
| DTC | Description | Fault Trigger Condition |

| PCM P0192:00 | Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Low (Bank 1): No Sub Type Information | Sets when the PCM detects the FRP sensor voltage is lower than expected. The presence of this DTC may indicate the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. After repair, the vehicle may still display a system warning message. Drive the vehicle until the system warning message has cleared from the ICP message center. Verify the voltage reference at the FRP sensor is between 4.5 and 5.5 volts with the ignition on and the engine off. |
| PCM P0193:00 | Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High (Bank 1): No Sub Type Information | Sets when the PCM detects the FRP sensor voltage is higher than expected. The presence of this DTC may indicate the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. After repair, the vehicle may still display a system warning message. Drive the vehicle until the system warning message has cleared from the ICP message center.
