Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoid: Removal

RH (right-hand) Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoids
- Remove the RH valve cover. REFER to: Valve Cover RH .
- Remove the bolts and the RHVCT oil control solenoid.
Torque:
Stage 1: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
Stage 2: 30°
LH (left-hand) Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoids
- Remove the LH valve cover. REFER to: Valve Cover LH .
- Remove the bolts and the LHVCT oil control solenoid.
Torque:
Stage 1: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
Stage 2: 30°
