Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Outlet Tube: Removal

  1. Remove the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor. Refer to: Differential Pressure Feedback Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Sensor .
  2. Loosen the EGR inlet tube fasteners.

    1. Loosen the EGR inlet tube nut.
    2. Loosen the EGR inlet tube bracket fastener.

  4. Loosen the EGR valve bracket fasteners.

  5. Remove the fasteners and EGR valve outlet tube.

    • Remove and discard the EGR tube o-ring seal and gasket.
