Removal And Installation: Body: Installation

  1. NOTE: Prior to lowering the body onto the chassis, verify that the steering shaft, hoses and wire harnesses are clear of obstruction and have been positioned aside to prevent damage.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    • Align the tires to the marks on the floor.

    • With aide of an assistant in aligning the body-to-chassis, lower the body on the chassis.

    • Install new body mount bolts for all discarded.

  2. Reverse removal procedure steps to complete installation.
  3. Carry out the brake bleeding procedure. Refer to: Brake System Pressure Bleeding .
  4. Check and fill the transmission fluid. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
  5. Refill the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding . Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
