Headlamp Assembly: Removal

All vehicles
- Remove the radiator grille. Refer to: Radiator Grille .
- Remove the upper headlamp bolts and the push pin.
Torque: 36 lb.in (4.1 Nm)
- Remove the bolts and position out the front bumper cover mounting bracket.

- Remove the lower headlamp bolt.
Torque: 155 lb.in (17.5 Nm)
- Remove the lower headlamp nut.
- Pulling forward, position out the headlamp assembly.
Vehicles with halogen headlamps
- Remove the lower headlamp bolt.
- Disconnect the headlamp electrical connectors and remove the headlamp assembly.
Vehicles with LED headlamps
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the headlamp assembly.
