Cabin Heater Coolant Pump - 3.5L EcoBoost (BM): Removal

WARNING: Always allow the engine to cool before opening the cooling system. Do not unscrew the coolant pressure relief cap when the engine is operating or the cooling system is hot. The cooling system is under pressure; steam and hot liquid can come out forcefully when the cap is loosened slightly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury.
Release the cooling system pressure by slowly turning the pressure relief cap between 2 and 3 turns and remove the pressure relief cap.
- Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe RH. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe RH .

- Release hose clamps and disconnect inlet and outlet coolant hoses. Use the General Equipment: Locking PliersUse the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- Disconnect electrical connector.
- Remove the bolts and the cabin heater coolant pump.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
