Component Description: IPMA

The IPMA reads the image data from the rear parking aid camera and determines the trailer tracking status and trailer angle.
The IPMA requires PMI when replaced.
When a new IPMA is installed, up to two camera alignment Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be stored until the 360 degree view camera alignment is successfully completed.
