Ignition Switch - Vehicles With: Keyed Ignition: Removal

Remove the steering column opening lower trim panel.
1. Unclip and lower the steering column opening lower trim panel.
2. Remove the retainers and the steering column opening lower trim panel.

Remove the steering column opening trim panel.

Release the clips and remove the upper finish trim panel.

Release the clips and remove the center finish trim panel.

Release the clips and remove the LHregister bezel.

Fully extend and lower the steering column.

Remove the IPC bezel.
1. Separate the gap hider from the upper steering column shroud.
2. Remove the retainers.
  Torque
  
  : 22 lb. in (2. 5 Nm)
3. Release the clips and remove the IPC bezel.

Disconnect the ignition switch electrical connectors.

1. Remove the retainers.
2. Remove the ignition switch and lock housing assembly.
- Transfer parts as necessary.
