Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

- CCM
- CMR
- IPMA
- S1 VERIFY HIGHWAY ASSIST IS ENABLED
- Using the information and entertainment display unit, verify the system is enabled.
Is the system enabled?
Yes GO to S2 No Enable the system. Refer to the Owners literature for more information - S2 PERFORM THE NETWORK TEST
- Ignition ON.
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the network test.
Are any network Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) present?
Yes REPAIR all network Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). No GO to S3 - S3 CHECK THE IPMA (IMAGE PROCESSING MODULE A) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the IPMA self-test.
Are any IPMA Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
Yes Diagnose all IPMA Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), REFER to: Lane Keeping System . No GO to S4 - S4 CHECK THE CCM (CRUISE CONTROL MODULE) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the CCMself-test.
Are any CCM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
Yes REFER to the CCM DTC Chart in Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Chart . No GO to S5 - S5 CHECK THE CMR (CAMERA MODULE - REAR) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the CMR self-test.
Are any CMR Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
Yes Diagnose all CMR Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), REFER to: Interior Camera System . No GO to S6 - S6 CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR CORRECT OPERATION
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, CLEAR all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
- CHECK the system for correct operation.
Does the system operate correctly?
Yes The system is operating correctly at this time. The DTC may have been set due to an intermittent fault condition. No GO to Pinpoint Test A
