Tailgate Release Switch: Removal

Remove the tailgate release handle. Refer to: Tailgate Release Handle .
NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Remove the tailgate release switch.
1. Release the tailgate release switch retaining tabs.
2. Remove the tailgate release switch from the tailgate release handle.
