Front Center Seat: Removal

The following procedure describes critical repair steps required for correct seat component installation. Follow all notes and steps carefully. Do not place any objects between the seat components and the body of the vehicle, nor any objects within a joint internal to the seat structure. Failure to follow step instructions may result in incorrect operation of the seat components and increases the risk of serious personal injury.
NOTE:

- Position the driver seat to access the front center seat LH bolts.
- Remove the front passenger seat. Refer to: Front Seat .
Regular cab
- Insert a 1.27 mm (0.050 inch) hex key and release the front center seatbelt anchor.
All cabs
- Disconnect the front center seat electrical connector.

NOTE: Follow the unique instructions or graphics for this step in the installation.
Remove the bolts and the front center seat.
- If required. Remove the bolts and the front center seat brackets.
- Remove the bolts and the front center seat rear bracket.
Torque
: 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)
- Remove the bolts and the front center seat front bracket.
Torque
: 41 lb.ft (55 Nm)
- Remove the bolts and the front center seat rear bracket.
