B-Pillar Trim Panel - Crew Cab: Removal

Removal Steps In This Procedure May Contain Installation Details.
Upper And Lower B-Pillar Trim Panels
- Release The Clips And Remove The Front Door Scuffplate Trim Panel.
- Release The Clips And Remove The Rear Door Scuffplate Trim Panel.
- Position The Front Door Weatherstrip Aside.
- Position The Rear Door Weatherstrip Aside.
- Disengage The Seatbelt Pretensioner Boot From The Pretensioner Bezel.
- Remove The Pretensioner Bezel.
- Release The Clips, Position The Seatbelt Aside And Remove The Lower B-Pillar Trim Panel.
Upper B-Pillar Trim Panel
- Remove The D-Ring Bolt Cover.
- Remove The D-Ring Bolt And Position The Seatbelt Aside.
Torque: 30 Lb.Ft (40 Nm)
- Remove The Assist Handle Bolt Covers.
- Remove The Bolts And The Assist Handle.
Torque: 106 Lb.In (12 Nm)
- Release The Upper B-Pillar Trim Panel Panel Lower Clip.

NOTE: The Trim Panel Must Be Positioned Downward To Allow The Upper Clips To Release Correctly. Failure To Follow This May Cause Damage To The Trim Panel.
Slide The Upper B-Pillar Trim Panel Down, Aligning The Clips To The Slots In The Sheet Metal.
- Remove The Upper B-Pillar Trim Panel.
