Rear Brake Inner Flexible Hose: Removal

- Activate the brake service mode. Refer to: Brake Service Mode Activation and Deactivation .

- Disconnect the 2 wheel speed sensor electrical connectors and, if equipped, the EPB electrical connector.
- Detach the 4 wiring retainers from the brake hose upper bracket and position the wiring aside.
- Detach the wiring harness from the brake routing bracket and position the wiring harness aside.

- Detach the axle vent hose pin type retainer.
- Detach the axle vent hose from the brake routing bracket and position the axle vent hose aside.

- Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.
Torque
: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)
- Remove and discard the axle vent.
Torque
: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)
- Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.

- Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.
Torque
: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)
- Remove the brake hose upper bracket bolt and the brake flexible hose and bracket assembly.
Torque
: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)
- Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.
