Pinpoint Test L: Adaptive Steering Lock High Current Concern

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The SECM is equipped with a locking device which locks the adaptive steering system in the case of a system error. The SECM performs several tests on the locking system, if 1 or more of the tests fail, a DTC is set.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| SECM U3000:19 | Control Module: Circuit Current Above Threshold | Sets when the SECM detects the electrical current to the locking solenoid is above a specified level. This DTC setting multiple times is a trigger condition for DTC U3000:96. |
