DTC DESCRIPTION P1116 - ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE (ECT) SENSOR OUT OF SELF-TEST RANGE
| Description: | This DTC sets when the ECT sensor is out of self-test range. The self-test range is greater than 0.3 volts and less than 3.7 volts. | ||

| Diagnostic Aids: | The engine coolant temperature must be greater than0°C (50°F) to pass the key ON, engine OFF (KOEO) self-test and greater than 82°C (180°F) to pass the key ON, engine running (KOER) self-test. | ||
