U0100 - Lost Communication With ECM/PCM A

DTC DESCRIPTION U0100 - LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ECM/PCM A

Description:  The reductant dosage control module continuously monitors the controller area network (CAN) for messages from the PCM. This DTC sets when the reductant dosage control module does not receive the PCM message within the defined amount of time.
Possible Causes: 
  • Communication error
Diagnostic Aids:  Check for other reductant dosage control module DTCs or reductant dosage control module related symptoms. Diagnose all other reductant dosage control module DTCs or reductant dosage control module related symptoms first.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST RM .
