Pinpoint Tests TA: Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- CPP sensor
- harness circuits: CPP, CPP1, CPP2, CPP-BT, GND, SIGRTN, and VREF
- PCM (12A650)
